Farm stay bed and breakfast, glamping and camping in a stunning location within the High Weald AONB. Wake up in the country and enjoy the space and fresh air, help feed the animals or just relax and take in the lakeside views.
We also offer residential pottery courses, guided cycle tours (with a little local history) over the South Downs, Pevensey Levels and High Weald and fishing in our large private lake.
Well positioned for walking the Eastbourne coast, Lewes, Brighton and Hastings, Glyndebourne Opera House and National Trust Gardens at Batemans, Sissinghurst and Scotney with castles at Pevensey, Herstmonceux and Bodiam.

From London follow M25 south to M23, exit J10 to join A22 to Maresfield, Take A272 to Cross-in-Hand, turn onto A267 to Horam and follow signs to Vines Cross, we are 1 mile from village on left hand side (you cannot see lake from the road you will see the barn with 2 reflective posts in front).
